'What is rayon?' we are asked. A naturally breathable material, rayon is wood pulp processed to create a soft, light, silky fabric. It makes a perfect summer shirt, or a great layer under your favorite cashmere. 'What is a challis?' we are asked, albeit less frequently. Known for its elegant drape, it is this fabric: lightweight and comfortable, soft and easy to wear. Our shirts have been washed and dried medium. Wash cold and line dry, you'll be delighted. Dry in the dryer, and rayon will keep shrinking. Don't do it! It's a must with White Linen Trouser. Available in long- and shortsleeve in Skyblue, Cream, Mint, Bluegreen and Orangepink.
