From Cambridge to The Coast: Rediscovering our Blue Spaces

Taking an inspiring journey from the heart of Cambridge to the open North Sea coastline, Oceanographic will be joined by a panel of expert speakers as we explore the role of our ‘blue spaces’ – our rivers, lakes, and seas – in shaping our environment, wellbeing, and our communities. Oceanographic will bring together researchers, local voices, and ocean advocates – all of them storytellers – to reflect on how we connect with water in our daily lives, and how those connections can be restored and strengthened. From the River Cam to the coast, we’ll examine the ecological, cultural and social significance of our waterways, our access to them, and the challenges we all face in a changing climate.
