MK Dripper – Handmade Porcelain Pour-Over Dripper Designed and tested in our Copenhagen studio, the MK Dripper is built around the 60° cone geometry used across professional pour-over brewing — the angle that gives you control over bed depth, flow rate, and extraction from the first pour to the last. Available in two sizes to match your dose. The 01 is optimised for 12–20g — precise, responsive, ideal for single cups and tight technique. The 02 handles 15–40g doses, where the deeper coffee bed slows the flow and gives more room to work with larger brews. Size is not cosmetic — it changes how water moves through the grounds and how the coffee extracts. Match the dose to the cone, and the physics work with you. Both sizes share the same design: straight internal ribs that keep the filter open against the wall, a single open drain hole for unrestricted flow, and thickened porcelain walls for heat retention and durability. Compatible with standard 60° conical filters including Sibarist, and fits most common pour-over servers. Handmade in Glostrup, Copenhagen.
