3hr CE Class (Broker & Salesperson) “Writing Effective Amendments and Special Stipulations” April 2nd (Marietta or Zoom)

GREC Course Approval Code: 77234 (Approved for Broker & Salesperson CE Credit) Course Description: This class will help agents become well versed in the proper way to write various types of Amendments and Special stipulations in Purchase Offers and Amendments to Binding Contracts utilizing GAR Amendment forms and Special Stipulations and understanding how these work with the existing language in the Purchase and Sale as well as Exhibits. The course highlights multiple examples of effective and necessary special stipulations that are needed in certain types of transactions. It also offers advice on the best way to ask for repairs in an Amendment, as well as price reductions, closing cost contributions etc. We’ll discuss the best practices for using special stipulations as well as when they are unnecessary or improperly used. Agents will be introduced to helpful GAR Forms and GAR Special Stipulations that they may not be familiar with.
