New in the pasta line from Allemandi of Piedmont. This orecchiette is made with durum wheat and certified Aqua di Piemonte mountain water. The mountains surrounding Piemonte are known as a pristine source of water and add to the flavor and quality of this pasta. Orecchiette, or "little ears" are perfect for thick and rich sauces due to their bowl like shape and sauce-gripping texture. 500g / 17.6oz
