EL GORU ROSADO 2025 Jumilla, Spain Grape Variety: Garnacha (Grenache) Alcohol: 13.5% ABV Serving Temperature: 8–10°C Crafted from carefully selected Garnacha grapes harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, El Goru Rosado is made using the traditional saignée method. The grape skins remain in contact with the juice only until the desired pale pink colour is achieved, after which fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit expression. Tasting Notes Bright, elegant and vibrant with a delicate strawberry-pink hue. The nose is intensely aromatic, offering expressive notes of wild berries, red currant, raspberry and blackberry. On the palate, it is smooth and refreshing with lively acidity that enhances its freshness and balance. The finish is long, delicate and pleasantly persistent. Food Pairing An excellent companion to appetizers, tapas, fresh cheeses, seafood, shellfish and light fish dishes. Also enjoyable on its own as a refreshing aperitif.
