[Pre-Order] Jade Gross Corza Beoda MV 2024 / 2025

This is the 3rd vintage of this wine and it has and will continute to be the wine that is the most unrepeatable. I decided to experiment and blend 2 vintages together; each vintage with its’ own qualities while both mutually benefiting from this blend. The Tempranillo is sourced from the La Cantera plot in Labastida;. 36 year-old bush vines grown over limestone-sandstone soils at an altitude of 600 meters. The single plot was hand-harvested on September 29th 2024 and on September 27th 2025. The grapes were 70% destemmed in 2024 but was left 100% whole bunch in 2025 In both vintages the wine fermented in an open-top vessel. While the 2024 matured 12 months in barrel, the 2025 vintage matured in stainless steel. Production bottle: 1980 bottles
