This is an extremely versatile squat rack attachment that can be used with various add-ons to do a wide range of exercises, such as standing hamstring curls, seated leg extensions, lateral raises, etc. The lever arm sits on two high grade bearings, which allow for smooth movement and even weight distribution. Specifications: Powder coated black All attachments are sold separately Easy attachment to any TG Fitness squat rack 50mm thick, 16mm pin size Compatible Add-ons: Plate Holder Pin Allows you to add weight to the attachment. This pin can be used in any of the holes on the front or side of the lever arm. Loading weight further away from the bearings will affect how exercises feel. Leg Roller Fits on the lever arm the same way as the plate holder pin, and allows you to do exercises like hamstring curls and leg extensions. Front Loader A 350mm extension arm that fits on the front of the lever arm. This allows you to attach the plate holder pin further in front of you, making the weight feel heavier at the bottom end of the exercise. Quad Rest Pad This mimics a commercial standing hamstring curl machine, by allowing you to push your legs into the pad while performing the exercise.
