Square 2 has no cable and plugs directly into a wall socket. Both have three Schuko sockets and two USB-C ports. The difference: Square 1 goes wherever you want it. Square 2 stays on the wall.How does the magnetic mounting actually work?Four neodymium magnets in the base provide a firm hold on any ferromagnetic metal surface. Included in the box is a metal plate with 3M adhesive tape that can be stuck to any smooth surface — wood, paint, plastic, glass. The Square 1 then attaches to that plate. No drill, no screws, no permanent damage.
