Exhaust gas must always be routed safely outdoors. Never allow exhaust gas to enter a tent, RV, vehicle cabin, boat cabin, shelter, temporary structure, or any occupied space. If the heater is used with a sealed space or vehicle cabin, a proper wall-through or tent exhaust adapter may be required to channel all exhaust gases outside the living space. Do not use the heater in any setup where exhaust cannot be safely discharged outdoors. Power & Startup Notes 1. The heater requires its internal batteries for initial ignition. 2. Before startup, make sure the batteries are installed correctly. 3. After powering on, check the LCD voltage display. 4. If the voltage is below 15.0V, charge the battery to 15.0V–16.8V before starting the heater. 5. If the standard charger is not available, a cigarette lighter cable may be connected to the DC input interface to assist startup from a vehicle cigarette lighter port or portable power station. 6. Step 2: Exhaust Pipe Assembly Install the exhaust pipe assembly securely before startup. Make sure all exhaust connections are tight. The exhaust elbow should be locked into the heater’s exhaust interface. Install the muffler and exhaust pipes according to the instruction manual. Slide the protective heat sleeve over the exhaust assembly where required. Always route exhaust gas outdoors. Step 3: Air Inlet & Outlet Pipes If the heater is positioned outside the area intended for heating, connect the air inlet and air outlet pipes.
