Four months on lees, split between French oak barriques and tank, has built a silky, rounded texture without ever dulling the fruit's freshness. The finish is long and considered, finesse and intensity working in easy balance. Refreshing, intense, and remarkably versatile. NOTES - This is Chardonnay stripped back to what matters most - pure fruit, balanced structure, and a texture built with care rather than heavy-handedness.
