Mini Modelrooms Kit (1:50 Scale) Our 1:50 Furniture Planning Kit is designed to be a mini version of our House Design Kit. It works with your plans to help you visualize how your new furniture layout will work. With over 160 magnetic furniture templates it will help you with vital planning decisions in the whole house from kitchen and dining room to bedroom, bathroom and living room. If you are feeling a bit overwhelmed with your house plans this is a really simple way to play around with your floorplans. Use the scale furniture templates to work through different options and you will very quickly start to see which layouts work best. The kit comes with two round figures. These represent the space a person needs to comfortably move around in your home. So once you have the layout complete take your ‘person' (ie our magnetic figure template) and have a walk through your home and get to see how it flows. If there are areas where you will have bad circulation they will become apparent very quickly. Ideally you want to find these snags now at the planning stage when they can be resolved before you build. Your plans can sit on the metal baseboard and your magnetic templates will magically stick to the paper plans. Once you see the scale furniture in your rooms the plans become more real and you get to 'test drive' your layout before you build it.
