No tank, no distilled water Paired with the Yuwell YN-03TH mask or the optional heat-and-moisture exchanger, Pocket S uses passive HME humidification. Your own exhaled warmth and moisture are captured and returned on the next breath. There's nothing to fill, no distilled water to hunt down in an unfamiliar city, and no chamber to wash out every morning. Keep the mask you already like Pocket S uses a standard 22 mm connection, so it works with the vast majority of nasal, nasal pillow and full face masks already on the market. Starting therapy on Pocket S doesn't mean starting over on mask fit. Therapy that adapts, and an app that keeps up Yuwell's Auto-CPAP algorithm adjusts pressure breath by breath through the night. Bluetooth pairs the device to the My Pocket app for Smart Start/Stop, personalised ramp (0–60 minutes or Auto) and Flexible Pressure Support, which eases pressure on exhale for more comfortable breathing. Therapy data feeds into Yuwell's BreathCare WEB platform, so your clinician sees your travel nights in the same place as everything else — not as a separate gap in the record.
