It’s that time of year again. 🍂 Our 2026 Pumpkin Pie begins with a buttery, flaky pâte brisée—our French all-butter pastry—filled with our signature spiced pumpkin pie filling and finished with a delicate maple-vanilla whipped ganache. A little note about this year’s pie: the photo shown is our 2025 Pumpkin Pie, and this year’s design will be different.
