Compared to the standard La Spaziale Dream T Water Tank, the Direct Plumb version has a nearly double size steam boiler which allows for continued steaming performance and better workflow for demanding environments. Key Features Programmable Shot Buttons With the use of a commercial grade flowmeter, the La Spaziale Dream Direct Plumb allows for two user programmable shot options. Digital Control Screen Unlike the LUCCA A53 or the Mini Vivaldi, the La Spaziale Dream has a built in digital control screen that allows for easy access to all settings such as the programable shot buttons and temperature control. This screen allows for much more convenient and intuitive programming making the Dream far more user friendly than the regular versions. Direct Plumb Only The La Spaziale Dream Direct Plumb espresso machine has no internal water tank and must be plumbed into a water source, we highly recommend pairing it with the Vivreau Purity C filtration system. La Spaziale 53mm Professional Basket Unique to La Spaziale, their narrow but deep 53mm baskets produce a unique flavor profile that produces a richer and creamier shot than many 58mm baskets. Enhanced Steaming Performance Bigger is better! Compared to the La Spaziale Dream T, the direct plumb version has a nearly double size steam boiler to provide drastically improved steaming performance and capability making it a great option for commercial usage or pop up events.
