Artist Kiyomi Kodama runs her own one-person pottery studio, KODAMA TOKI, in Tokyo. Her guiding philosophy, “Making what I want, for myself,” is reflected throughout her work. She values the natural and unexpected shapes that emerge during the creative process, preserving their original forms as much as possible through to completion. This approach gives her work a distinctive, organic character. This series is a collaboration between Kimura Glass and KODAMA TOKI. Inspired by Kodama’s philosophy, its thoughtful designs offer a variety of ways to enjoy meals while bringing a sense of practicality and comfort to everyday dining.
