Bellhaven Cane Back Dining Chair

Long before bentwood chairs became a design cliché, someone figured out that steaming and bending wood into gentle curves made for a chair that was both sturdy and light — and the Bellhaven borrows every bit of that logic. Its oval cane back is hand-woven into a warm, antique-natural frame, with slender legs that arch and meet in a detail as decorative as it is structural. The cane keeps the seat cool and breathable, a small kindness during long dinners, while the curved silhouette means it never reads as heavy, no matter how many are gathered around a table. It's equally comfortable at a scrubbed dining table or pulled up solo to a writing desk in the corner of a sunlit room.
