Uploaded SuperDTF Sticker Sheets
PRINT-READY ARTWORK. PRECISE CUTS. Precut Sticker Sheets Bring your finished sticker-sheet layouts and we'll print and cut them to your supplied vector cutlines. Upload one sheet per file, then choose your material, cut type, and quantity in the uploader above. Available materials include Glossy, Matte, and Holographic. Your cut choice determines how the stickers are delivered: keep them together on a backing sheet with a kiss cut, or create separate stickers with a die cut. PEEL FROM A SHARED SHEETKiss cut The cut goes through the sticker material while leaving the backing sheet intact. Each sticker peels away individually, and the rest stay together on the sheet. Choose this for: sticker packs on a sheet, label layouts, and multiple designs you want to keep together. SEPARATE, INDIVIDUAL PIECESDie cut The cut goes through both the sticker material and its backing, following the supplied outline. Each finished sticker is a separate piece with its own backing. Choose this for: individual stickers, giveaways, handouts, and separately packaged designs. Both options can follow a custom shape. The difference is the cut depth and whether the backing stays together—not whether the design is round, square, or custom-shaped. File requirements: before you upload This uploader is for finished sheet layouts with production-ready vector cutlines. A flattened picture of a sheet is not a replacement for a properly prepared cut file. Accepted file types PDF, EPS, or PDF-compatible AI only. Keep vector cutlines and named spot colors intact when saving or exporting. One sheet per file Upload each sheet as its own file. Prepare the document at the intended physical sheet size. File size Each file must be under 250 MB. Maximum sheet width Each sheet must be no wider than 50 inches. Minimum sticker dimensions Every individual sticker must be larger than 1 inch wide AND larger than 1 inch tall. Readable text Text under 3 mm tall is not recommended; it may print blurry or be unreadable. Closed vector cutlines Include a closed vector path for every intended sticker outline. A visible outline in a JPG or PNG is not a vector cutline. Named spot colors Use an accepted spot-color name: CutContour, PerfCutContour, KissCut, or DieCut. Preserve the spelling and capitalization. Colored borders need at least 2 mm of bleed If your color or artwork runs to the sticker edge, extend that artwork at least 2 mm beyond every cutline. The cutline marks the finished edge; the extra artwork outside it is the bleed. Bleed helps prevent an unwanted white sliver at the edge after cutting. Extra empty space around a design does not count as colored bleed. Orders with insufficient bleed will be denied. Build a file that's ready to cut Lay out your sheet. Check the physical sheet size and make sure every sticker exceeds both minimum dimensions. Add your cut paths. Use closed vector outlines with a named spot-color stroke. Keep the cut paths as vectors rather than flattening them into the artwork. Extend edge-to-edge artwork. Add at least 2 mm of bleed outside each cutline for colored-border designs. Save a supported file. Export a PDF or EPS, or save a PDF-compatible AI file, retaining the vector paths and spot colors. Use one sheet per file and keep each file under 250 MB. Upload and review. Choose your material, kiss-cut or die-cut option, and quantity for each sheet. Review the preview and total before adding your order to the cart. Files are subject to production review. Pricing is based on sheet area and quantity, with a $15 minimum per material. The uploader displays current material rates and applicable quantity discounts.
