Mini Jenny Spike - Acid Etched
At 9.4 inches in length, the Mini Jenny Spike is the smallest tomahawk in the RMJ lineup, yet it remains a highly versatile tool. They are super easy to conceal if you chose too, and you can easily stow these in places a large fixed blade won't fit. Built for multiple uses, it can serve as a cutting tool on a day hike or as a defensive tool when necessary. Its head has several sharpened surfaces: the primary cutting edge, the entire top, the underside of the beard, and the spike. These edges support cutting, scraping, fire-starting, and many other tasks. The Mini Jenny Spike features full-tang construction from 1/4-inch 80CrV2 carbon tool steel hardened to 57–58 (HRC). Each one has a unique acid etched finish that insures no two look exactly the same. The Mini Jenny Spike has 3D contoured G10 handle scales that have a grippy texture that is not overly aggressive, and work both with and without gloves. The handles are attached with Grade 5 Titanium fasteners that are electro-anodized bronze. The main edge measures 2 5/8", plenty large enough for a tomahawk of any size. The head, from the forward edge to the end of the spike, measures 5 3/4". It's sharp enough for food prep, an other cutting chores. The spike itself is 1 3/4", long enough to breach or penetrate a variety of objects like car locks, windows, doors, and tires. When using this tool outdoors, the spike makes a great digging tool. Included is a molded Kydex Bottom-Eject Scabbard with low ride straps for belt carry. In the box: Mini Jenny Spike Tomahawk, Kydex Sheath with Low-Ride M.O.C Straps, User Documentation
