Pitted dried prunes from Agen, in southwest France, the region known for this plum. Fleshy and deep in flavour, exactly what a tagine with meat and prunes needs. What do you use them with? Combine them with our tagine meat with prunes mix for the classic preparation with lamb or beef. Also delicious in a sweet couscous or in a stew. Ingredients Dried Agen prunes, preservative E200.
