After secure checkout: You'll receive your Shopify order confirmation, then complete a short guest registration with your permanent six-digit jar number, colors, personalization preferences, and return instructions. Keep your jar number handy. Return your filled jar to your designated resort collection box or follow DRIFTHEORY return instructions. Please gather dry, clean nature elements only. Shipping is additional. Each order is made by hand after the jar is returned and the details are confirmed. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production after materials are received. If your collected materials are insufficient for both pieces, we'll contact you before proceeding.
