While those earlier coffees were sourced from Colombia, this particular lot comes from Mexico and is produced by the ATITLAN community. Azahar was founded on the belief that coffee can improve the livelihoods of the people who produce it. It is imperative we speak openly and transparently about what green coffee prices mean for producers. A cornerstone of the business is providing stable prices to farmers that align with improving income levels as defined by A Sustainable Coffee Buyer’s Guide.
