Mike Velotta Seminar

A third degree black belt training out of Madison, Wisconsin, Mike Velotta has been training grappling arts for nearly 30 years and has competed in BJJ, Judo, Sambo and Submission Grappling tournaments. Mike, who has taken the role of co-promoting our black belts with Giles, also has significant experience teaching jiu jitsu having co-founded and helping to run his gym in the states, Foundations BJJ. Coming back in November to share his wealth of experience, Mike will teach a 2hr NoGi seminar on back mount followed by an hour q&a and rolling. The seminar, running from 13:00-16:00 on Saturday the 28th of November, is £35 and open to all. The infrared sauna at the gym will be switched on and ready to use by 15:00 and will be open to seminar participants. If planning on using the sauna please bring a bathing suit, towel, flip flops and a change of clothes and make sure to shower before using the sauna.
