A structured, cool-climate Syrah from Tasmania's Coal River Valley, balancing plush fruit with savoury spice and fine-boned tannin. Red confectionary and berry pastille aromas mingle with blackcurrant, redcurrant and a whisper of fennel seed, while the palate delivers milk chocolate and dark cherry richness over firm, velvety tannins and a driven acid line that carries through to a long finish. Extended skin contact and French oak maturation, balanced with stainless steel, give the wine both depth and regional freshness.
