Produced by Fernando Alfaro and Jose Enrique Gutierrez in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range, this natural-processed Caturra combines generations of coffee knowledge with a quality-focused approach to farming. Strawberry fairyfloss sweetness leads the cup, followed by juicy peach bubble tea and bright fingerlime acidity.
