Six modular hook-and-loop pouches and detachable MOLLE panels let the load be reorganized to unit protocol; an externally accessible bottom pouch pulls as a standalone IFAK without opening the bag. Surgical cricothyroidotomy, nasopharyngeal airway placement, needle decompression and vascular access are provider-scope interventions — for trained, credentialed providers operating under medical direction only. Basic is the full bag without hemostatic gauze — appropriate where agency protocol restricts hemostatics or where they are sourced separately. Basic w/Combat Gauze is the standard responder build.
