Finished in the stunning Daybreak Burst, this instrument showcases the beauty of its premium tonewoods while maintaining the timeless aesthetic of a traditional parlor guitar. Premium Laureate Construction Hand-Selected Tonewoods The Laureate Series represents Alvarez's commitment to exceptional craftsmanship. Each component is carefully selected for structural integrity, tonal performance, and visual beauty. The finely quartersawn Sitka spruce top is thickness-sanded for enhanced responsiveness, allowing the instrument to react effortlessly to subtle playing dynamics. Hand-Finished FS6 Bracing Alvarez's forward-shifted FS6 bracing is individually hand-finished using carefully selected quartersawn Sitka spruce. This refined approach optimizes top vibration, resulting in excellent resonance, dynamic range, and tonal complexity. Solid East Indian Rosewood The beautifully bookmatched solid East Indian rosewood back and sides contribute warmth, depth, and harmonic richness, complementing the clarity and articulation of the spruce top. African Ebony Appointments Premium African ebony is used for the fingerboard, bridge, and headstock plate. Elegant Blue Abalone inlays provide a refined visual accent, while the traditional single-level ebony bridge reflects the vintage-inspired design philosophy of the Laureate Series. Daybreak Burst Gloss Finish The LP70Le features Alvarez's exceptionally thin, high-gloss finish, designed to enhance the natural beauty of the wood while allowing the instrument to resonate freely. The Daybreak Burst finish offers a subtle, vintage-inspired sunburst that highlights the fine grain of the premium Sitka spruce. Electronics LR Baggs HiFi Pickup System The LR Baggs HiFi system delivers a natural, detailed amplified sound with excellent clarity and dynamic response. Its discreet bridge-plate sensor design captures the instrument's acoustic character while maintaining a clean, traditional appearance.
