Custom Carved Oak & Green Linen Sofa by Steven Gambrel

This exquisitely crafted custom sofa by Steven Gambrel was inspired by Jean-Michel Frank's designs, combining modern slick lines with more traditional forms. The sofa consists of a cerused oak frame and green linen upholstery. Structurally, the sofa is a two-seater with removable seat cushions and pillows. There are three carved front legs and two slightly splayed back legs. Dimensions: 76 in. overall width 72 in. body width 35 in. depth 31.5 in. overall height 22.5 in. arm height 18 in. seat height 25 in. seat depth Condition notes: In overall good condition and structurally sound, wear consistent with the sofa's age and use, including areas of slight fading to green linen. A good candidate for reupholstery work. Location: Stamford, CT
