Costa Rica Cafetalera Zamorana

Cafetalera Zamorana is a family-run coffee mill and farm located in Costa Rica’s Central Valley. The project was founded by Jorge Zamora Soto, a third-generation coffee producer. The mill began operating in the late 1990s with the goal of increasing their coffee quality. Today, Cafetalera Zamorana works with coffees produced on the family farms as well as selected nearby producers in the region. Light medium roast. Sweet, clean and tart with a smooth mouthfeel; bakers chocolate, almond, and toffee. Very versatile, this coffee can be used for drip, pour-over, cold brew, or single origin espresso.
