The Wonder Pivot Bed Rail Tall gives you a sturdy handle to hold as you sit up, stand or change position, and a guard rail that helps reduce the risk of rolling out of bed. It's built for thicker mattresses from 8" to 16", including pillow-tops. When you don't need it, the rail swings down and rests against the side of the bed. To fold down and lie flat against the side of the bed, the rail needs 19" between the bottom of the mattress and the floor. What kinds of beds does it work with?
