HOW TO USE IT CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE: Measure your dog's neck length and circumference to select the appropriate collar size. WRAP THE COLLAR AROUND your dog’s neck and adjust it until it is snug enough to limit neck movement, but loose enough for your pet to breathe comfortably. FASTEN THE VELCRO® closure to keep the collar securely in place.
