Colombia Emiliano Golondrino Gesha
Emiliano is a renowned coffee producer working in the La Plata Municipality of Huila Colombia. This Gesha was held in cherry for 36 hours, repulsed and washed, then fermented again for 40 hours submerged under water. In the cup we're tasting sweet ripe apricot stone fruit flavors, bright cherry acidity, and lingering sweet oolong tea aftertaste. Roast Color: 127.5 Filter brewing notes: Hotter brews with larger ratios tend to accentuate the acidity of this coffee. Cooler cups with lower agitation yield very tea like experiences with delicate orchid-like florals.
