She is a member of both the USA Weightlifting Hall of Fame and the New England Weightlifting Hall of Fame. Gordon Gump currently serves as the executive director of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Foundation, where she supports research and education to advance the profession. Paul Comfort, PhD, ASCC,PSCC, mISCP, CSCS,*D, FNSCA, is a full professor and the professorial lead in psychology and sport at the University of Salford in the United Kingdom and an adjunct professor at Edith Cowan University in Australia.
