Yarmouth Oilskins Maritime Overshirt - Ticking Stripe The Maritime Overshirt is a substantial overshirt with a Peter Pan style collar. It makes the perfect mid or top layer depending on the time of day and can be dressed up or down. This edition in ticking uses a 310gsm 100% cotton yarn dyed indigo and ecru twill stripe. The styling references the heavy sailor’s shirts that were historically worn layered for warmth as protection from the bracing North Sea winds. It has two generous buttoned chest pockets and two vertical side hip pockets. The collar is a neat rounded shape. Black corozo buttons contrast beautifully on this beautiful stripe There are four stitched under arm eyelets for ventilation. 100% Cotton - wash with similar colours on a general cotton wash.
