Hardox Box Scraper Skids

These replacement box scraper skids are manufactured from Hardox® 500 Tuf wear plate to provide high abrasion resistance and structural strength in high-impact grading applications. Hardox 500 Tuf combines the hardness of 500 Brinell which is 90% the same hardness all the way through the steel. The steel is tough enough to resist cracking, bending, and warping under heavy loads. Technical Specifications & Material Benefits Material: Genuine Hardox® 500 Tuf. Nominal Hardness: 475–530 HBW. Impact Toughness: 27 J at -20°C (-4°F) for cold-weather operations. Service Life: Outlasts standard A36 structural carbon steel by up to 5 times. Installation: Available in standard bolt-on configurations or weld-on profiles.
