Buttered Sweetcorn

This pizza tastes like extra buttery corn on the cob. If you've never had Butterkäse, it's time to get acquainted. It melts into these little butter-flavored cheese puddles on the pizza. Nestled beside some fresh, wood-grilled sweetcorn, it all comes together so nicely. I wish we could make this one year-round, but it really does require fresh sweetcorn. In my opinion this German-style butter cheese should be involved in more meals. This butterkäse was made for us in Theresa, WI by Widmer Cheese.
