Hub Motor Regrease $135 Pull the motor core, clean it, and replace the grease. ✓Motor core pulled & cleaned ✓Fresh grease applied ✓Clutch & bearing assessed Hub Motor Core Swap $135 Swap the worn motor core for a new one (core supplied separately). ✓Motor core replaced ✓Clutch & bearing assessed ✓Regreased & reassembled Mid-Drive Regrease $225 Pull the motor shell, clean it, and replace the grease. ✓Motor shell pulled & cleaned ✓Fresh grease applied ✓Clutch & bearing assessed Replace Hub Motor Wire $225 Deconstruct the motor down to the PCB and resolder a new motor wire. ✓Motor opened down to the PCB ✓New motor wire soldered in ✓Full reassembly & test Replace Hall Sensors $275 Fault-find and replace faulty hall sensors; includes a motor-wire replacement at the same time. ✓Faulty hall sensors replaced (+$5 each additional) ✓Includes motor-wire replacement ✓Full reassembly & test Prices are labour only at our specialist e-bike rate; replacement parts (motor cores, sensors, wiring) extra.
