Bramido Tequila Blanco High Proof

Bramido Tequila Blanco High Proof is produced by Casa Tequilera Joselito (NOM 1675) in Tizapan el Alto, Jalisco, on the shores of Lake Chapala, under 29-year-old master distiller Oswaldo Gonzalez. The agave is slow-cooked in masonry ovens, extracted by roller mill, and spontaneously fermented with wild regional yeast in underground tanks before double distillation in copper pot stills. Bottled at 49% ABV without dilution to standard proof, it delivers a concentrated, terroir-driven expression of agave with notes shaped by the surrounding berries, onion, and chile verde of the region. Best sipped neat to appreciate its full intensity.
