Star Hill Farm is the first-ever American wheat whisky from the Maker's Mark distillery. A ground-breaking release that boldly reinvents the brand’s signature approach to flavour. Crafted under the guidance of Master Distiller Blake Layfield, this annual release celebrates nature’s role in whisky-making, focusing on wheat, wood, and water. This inaugural 2025 release marries two mash bills: one using 51% soft red winter wheat and 22% malted barley, and the other 27% malted soft red winter wheat.
