"New Technique" Sushi - Hands On Friday, November 13, 2026 from 6:00 to 8:00PM It's time again for another great night of Sushi! Come and learn from Chef Sophia how to expand on your already perfected basic sushi skills as she teaches you some new trending techniques. She will cover Temaki (hand rolls), Inarizushi (tofu pouches), Crispy Ehomaki, Temari (sushi balls), and Onigirazu (sandwich or folded sushi). Students will spend the evening practicing and enjoying their new Sushi Skills. This is a hands on class, come prepared to have a blast! $90 per person
