The exceptional organic cacao in this bar is grown by smallholder farmers in the Kilombero Valley, which borders the Udzungwa Mountain National Park in Tanzania. We hand-sort, roast, crack, winnow, and stone-grind for up to 80 hours, allowing the cacao’s natural complexity to develop fully.
