My Review There's a lot of talk about vitamin D in the wellness space but my take on it is that most people tend to lean on the low side - even when you spend a lot of time in the sun. I recommend you have yourself or your kids tested yearly for it to double check before supplementing! This is what I use for my kids and it's honestly the best product I've found out there (as far as liquid drops go) I love that it's USDA Organic, third-party tested, and comes from a brand that puts a big emphasis on ingredient quality & transparency. I also would consider taking magnesium (or eating a magnesium rich food) with it for maximum absorption.
