High-Impedance Harmonica Microphone Vintage 1955 Shure CR Element 99H86 537 Fully Tested and Ready to Play Built from a classic Turner 254 desk microphone, this custom bullet mic has been chopped, precision milled, and professionally powder coated in Harley White. The center “mohawk” rib has been shortened, creating a slimmer, lighter shell that’s comfortable to cup and easy to hold through long performances. The microphone is fitted with a Switchcraft 5/8-inch screw-on connector and a smooth premium volume control for maximum flexibility on stage. Weighing just 10 ounces, the shell features a brushed-chrome, black-faced grille with an original Turner 454X SSB medallion, giving it a distinctive vintage appearance. Inside is a hot vintage Shure Controlled Reluctance element that delivers excellent output, rich compression, and the sloppy, gritty distortion blues harp players love.
