Rising Star - The rewarding sleep clock

Rising Star is a different type of sleep clock - not only does it encourage children to stay in bed, but it rewards them for doing so. As parents, one of the biggest challenges we face is helping our child understand when it’s time to wake up. Little ones don’t come with built-in clocks, and their idea of ‘morning’ can be any hour the sun, a dream, or pure energy decides. That can mean 5 a.m. wake-up calls, disrupted routines, and exhausted days. Teaching your child the difference between night and day really matters. It takes patience, consistency, and, in our opinion, a little help to shine. Rising Star uses traffic light colours that children understand: Red: It’s nighttime Amber: It’s nearly time to get up Green: Time to start the day!
