Rp 1-1/2'' L-Port 3-Way Stainless Steel Electric Ball Valve 100-240 V AC

This JP Fluid Control electrical actuator is offered in combination with a TamesonPRO 3-way ball valve. The valve has Rp 1-1/2'' pipe threads (internal thread, BSP). The housing of the valve is made of stainless steel with a stainless steel ball and RTFE sealing. The actuator is suitable for power supplies from 100 to 240V alternating current (50/60Hz). The actuator has a robust aluminium housing (IP67, provided that an appropriate cable is connected) and delivers maximally 50 Nm torque. The valve rotates from 0 to 90 degrees in 13 seconds. When the ball reaches an end position, the electric motor is turned off and no energy is consumed. The actuator is equipped with two additional limit switches for position-feedback. The limit switches are positioned at 0 and 90 degrees. If required, the angular position of the switches can be adjusted by the user. A mechanical position indicator on the top of the actuator shows the valve position. The actuator is equipped with a manual override.The valve has a 32 mm bore, with Kv value of 74.9 m3/h (Cv = 86.58 gpm). Kv expresses the flow rate of water in m3/h at a pressure drop of one bar. The valve is rated up to 69 bar at 20°C (1000 psi at 68°F). It is suitable for temperatures from -29°C up to 210°C (-20°F up to 410°F). The valve is suitable for water, steam, oil, compressed air, fuels, solvents and aggressive media.
