Timorasso Wine Vinegar
Timorasso Wine Vinegar: obtained from Walter Massa's Timorasso, a fine white wine from the Tortona Hills. Oxidized through spontaneous acetic fermentation in oak barrels for at least 12 - 15 months. Undiluted, unpasteurized, and not subjected to forced thermal or oxygen additions. Suitable for fried foods, vegetables and fish.
