OYA Blonde Lighteners mix-and-match 2-jar deal. Choose any combination of the three professional lightening powders. OYA Blonde 9 Level (450 g / 16 oz) — blue-based powder for powerful, uniform lift up to 9 levels. Best results on natural levels 5 and darker. OYA Blonde 7 Level (450 g / 16 oz) — blue-based powder for controlled lift up to 7 levels. Enriched with hydrolyzed quinoa. Best results on natural levels 6 and lighter. OYA Blonde 0 Zero Ammonia (450 g / 16 oz) — white-based, ammonia-free powder for even, smooth lift up to 7 levels. Nurturing formula for sensitive clients and delicate hair. No ammonia odor or added fragrance. Mix with OYA Lotions (10, 20, 30, or 40 volume) in a non-metallic bowl according to the desired lift and consistency, typically 1:1.5 to 1:2 (powder to lotion).
