Benrinnes 'Cadenhead' 11 years old 46%

This 11 year old expression from Benrinnes Distillery has been finished in a parcel of Palo Cortado hogsheads, imparting an abundance of rich fruity and sweet spice notes. On the nose, there are aromas of maraschino cherries, boozy sultanas and chocolate liqueur alongside hints of green olive leaves. The palate opens up with zested orange, alongside blood orange juice, rosé vermouth soaked cherries. Coffee cake, baking spices, blackcurrants and saffron linger on the finish.
