Murmurations °8 The Murmuration series began as a quiet obsession during lockdown in 2020, when the world stood still but the sky refused to. What started with daily rooftop glimpses of starlings swirling above became a years-long pursuit, chasing the impossible dance of birds in flight. These photographs capture a fleeting kind of freedom: rhythm, chaos, and harmony all at once, as if each flock is guided by something unseen. Each image holds a moment that can never happen twice, a living shape formed in the sky for only an instant, then gone forever. Murmuration is an ode to movement, to impermanence, and to the moments that slip away unless we dare to hold onto them. Every photograph is a fragment of sky, a breath of motion, a story written on the wind.
