Kaffir Limes | Makrut (200g)

Fresh kaffir limes (มะกรูด), also known as makrut limes, have deeply dimpled green skin and an especially intense citrus fragrance. Their aromatic rind is traditionally valued for bringing bright, distinctive flavour to Thai curry pastes. How to use: Wash and dry the fruit, then finely grate only the coloured outer zest into homemade green, red or Panang curry paste. The zest is powerful, so begin with a small amount. The sharply flavoured juice can also be used sparingly when a recipe specifically calls for it. Each pack contains approximately six fruits. Storage: Keep refrigerated Country of Origin: Thailand
